PURCHASING POLICY / PRICE GUARANTEE​

☞ CUSTOMER PURCHASES
All products are brand spanking new unless specified. Products are either stocked by us, dropshipped by our suppliers, or special ordered from the manufacturer. Inventory fluctuates daily, so some products maybe back ordered, and then shipped once restocked. You can always check stock first hand by sending us an email: MotorcycleAudio12v@gmail.com
All pricing is subject to change, as well as, shipping pricing on any/all products. We will try our best keeping costs down for the purchaser, this may include reboxing/repackaging that enables products to ship via U.S.P.S. flatrate/priority, or ship products from various suppliers/distributors located around the United States.
☞ CUSTOMER RETURNS
Any electrical/electronic products, nonelectrical/nonelectronic products already shipped are not returnable. Products ordered that have not yet been shipped, can be cancelled and will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee and possibly a restocking fee of 25%. These fees are charged to us by credit card processors, suppliers, and certain manufacturers.
☞ PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products come with a D.O.A. warranty valid for  7 days after receiving the product. In the event that the product is D.O.A., we will arrange shipping back to us, and the product replacement back to the customer will be on us.  After the 7 day D.O.A. warranty expires, all products come with an up to 30 day exchange warranty. In the event that the product needs exchanged, the purchaser is required to ship the product back to us, while the product replacement back to the customer will be on us. After 30 days, the 100% manufacturer only warranty is established. Any damaged caused by the customer/installer will void all warranties. In the event of a damaged purchase, we will extend a replacement at a discounted cost, as a courtesy.
Any product that is no longer covered under a manufacturer warranty, we will extend a replacement at a discounted cost, as a courtesy.
☞ PRICING GUARANTEE / WE WILL NOT BE UNDERSOLD
Our pricing structure follows each supplier/manufacturer dealer requirements. In some cases an audio reselling competitor may have a lower price, if so we will meet, and in most cases, beat that audio reselling competitor's advertised price. We extend this courtesy for a 30 day time period after purchase. We do not match pricing on products advertised on oddball websites, Amazon, eBay, Craiglist, Offer-Up, or Facebook Market Place. These resellers buy in liquidation which consists of customer returns, used, defected, manufactured repaired or B-Stock products, and damaged products, which is usually why it's priced and sold  below manufacturer m.a.p./m.s.r.p. pricing.
